Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@coppingthreads.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that promotional items are final sale and non-returnable, and original shipping fees (including free shipping orders) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

B. Return Process

Email us at support@coppingthreads.com and let us know what went wrong. Please include your order number and clear photos/videos showing:-

Any damage, incorrect sizing, style, or color issues

Await Approval Before Sending Anything
We’ll review your request and notify you of the outcome. We reserve the right to decline returns that don't comply with our policy. -
Ship the Item Back Within 5 Days of Approval
You may use your local postal service or UPS.-
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

We do not provide prepaid labels

Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit

We recommend tracked shipping as you are responsible until the item reaches our warehouse

Inspection Upon Return
Once received, we will inspect the item to verify condition and issue based on your return request. -
Refunds & Fees
If approved:- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable
- Even if your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping fee incurred (typically $20–$30 USD, depending on your location) will be deducted from your refund
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns

Coupons, reward points, and promotional discounts used on the order are non-refundable
C. Items That Are Not Returnable
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Worn, washed, or damaged items due to improper handling or cleaning

Orders placed for multiple items with the intent to return some

Custom size or color orders (any non-default options including made-to-measure garments)

Items returned without prior authorization

Packages returned by mistake or unrelated to our store
- Promotional items—including flash sales, clearance deals, and low-price offers—are final sale and not eligible for return.
D. Shipping Costs & Liability

Return costs vary by region and product; typically between $20–30 USD per item

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or surcharges

We are not liable for lost or misrouted returns. Please retain tracking and proof of postage
E. Color Disclaimer
We strive to ensure product colors shown on our site are accurate. However, due to monitor differences and lighting, slight color variations may occur. If exact color is critical, you may request a fabric swatch in advance. We do not accept returns based on minor color differences.
F. Defective / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a solution based on the issue (replacement, partial refund, or exchange).
Once the return parcel is shipped out, please contact us at support@coppingthreads.com and include in an email:
- Your order number
- A tracking number for the parcel shipped (it insures for lost/misplaced return parcels)
- The intentions set for your return (exchange/refund)

Exchanges
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at support@coppingthreads.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

The exchange process begins once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions (unused, unwashed, with original tags)

Once approved, your replacement item will be shipped out, and a new tracking number will be provided

Please note that exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, and are subject to stock availability
