We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at coppingthreads@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the return parcel is shipped out, please contact us at coppingthreads@gmail.com and include in an email:

  • Your order number
  • A tracking number for the parcel shipped (it insures for lost/misplaced return parcels)
  • The intentions set for your return (exchange/refund)

Are there any charges for return?
If you wish to return your item, you would be responsible for the charges of the shipping fee. 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days from the receiption of your shipment. 

  • They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • The return must be shipped within 14 days from the reception of your order.

Promotional items are not returnable!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the wrong item or a defective item is received, please contact us on coppingthreads@gmail.com including a picture of the item received.

Exchanges
If an Exchange is requested, the return shipment will be covered by us. The refund will occur as soon as the product reach our warehouse and before the replacement items are sent out. We will then contact you and provide a new tracking number.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can request a refund on your Account page.
